These rules stand as clarifications only, they do not replace the Terms of Service.

• Our system operates as a peer-to-peer marketplace: all purchases and sales are generated by users. Users are guaranteed to be offered the most lucrative purchase or sale offer at the moment of their transaction. The system does not guarantee that a more profitable offer will not appear after the transaction has been completed.
• Any user with a registered Steam API Key can list items from their inventory. Listing an item up for sale does not remove it from your inventory, it simply creates a sale listing that other users can see. The item remains in your inventory until someone purchases it.
• After a buyer makes a purchase, the seller has 5 minutes to confirm an outbound trade offer. After the seller confirms the trade offer on Steam Guard, the buyer has 5 minutes to accept the item. If the transaction is successful the seller receives the funds. If the item is not transferred in the mentioned time frame the transaction is cancelled. During this process, the buyer's funds in the amount of the item are held as collateral. It’s impossible to cancel the transaction before reaching 5 minutes.
• A transaction can’t be completed if you are under a trading restriction/trade ban. The marketplace is not liable for any loss associated with such issues.
• Deposits to your personal wallet are possible through a selection of payment methods. All deposits are credited immediately as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment system. In the case of malfunction or deposit delays by more than an hour, please contact our technical support.
• We can not guarantee that the item that caught your attention will not be purchased by another user during the deposit time on your account. However, the funds will remain in your wallet and you will be able to purchase a different item or withdraw the funds using any of the withdrawal methods provided.
• To deposit, you need to log in to the website via Steam and head to the deposit page. After selecting the payment method and the amount of your deposit, you will be redirected to the payment system website to complete your deposit.
• Withdrawal of funds is possible instantly after selling an item through a selection of available withdrawal methods. Unused funds can be withdrawn only after 5 days from their deposit to the website.
• In most cases, withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of creating the withdrawal request. However, in some cases, withdrawals can take up to 3 working days to be processed.

The offered goods and services are not provided by the order of a person or an enterprise operating the WebMoney Transfer system. We are an independent company providing services and independently make decisions about prices and offers for our product. Companies operating the WebMoney Transfer system do not receive commissions or other rewards for participating in the provision of services and do not bear any responsibility for our activities.

The certification made by WebMoney Transfer only confirms our contact details and certifies our identity. It is carried out at our request and does not mean that we are in any way connected with the sales of WebMoney system operators.
