These rules are explanations and do not replace the terms of the service.

1. General Provisions:
• Our system operates like a marketplace: all sale and purchase offers are created by users. The most favorable available deal is guaranteed. The system does not guarantee that a better offer will not appear after a deal is completed.
• Any user can sell any tradeable item from their inventory. Listing an item for sale does not remove it from the Steam inventory — it only indicates the intention to sell it.
2. Sales Procedure:
• Once the buyer has paid for the purchase, the seller must confirm the item transfer within 5 minutes. If the item is not transferred, the deal will be canceled. It is not possible to cancel the deal before 5 minutes have passed.
• The seller must stay online during the entire period of the sale activity and is responsible for the timely transfer of the item to the buyer.
3. Trade Protection:
• Due to new Steam policy, trades can be canceled within 7 days. Because of this, each deal is frozen on the website for 7-8 days. After this period, the funds will be credited to the seller’s balance.
• If the buyer cancels the trade after confirming it, a 30% penalty will be applied. The seller will receive compensation equal to 20% of the trade amount. In addition, the buyer’s account will be restricted for 30 days — both on Steam and on our platform.
• If the seller cancels the trade after confirming it, the buyer will receive a full refund and the item will be returned to the seller. A 30-day trade restriction will also be applied to the seller’s account — both on Steam and on our platform.
4. Deadlines and Responsibilities:
• The deal must be completed within 10–15 minutes. In the case of disputes or problematic situations, the administration reserves the right to cancel the deal. If the deal is canceled, the seller may lose funds if the rules and terms are not followed.
• The system cannot transfer an item to your Steam account if trading functions are blocked on that account. The system is not responsible for any losses related to this.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals:
• You can top up your personal account using various payment systems. Deposits are processed instantly after payment. If a failure or delay exceeds one hour, please contact support.
• We cannot guarantee that the selected offer will still be available while topping up your balance. However, the funds will remain in your account for use or withdrawal.
• To top up your balance, log in to the website and go to the deposit page. After choosing the amount, you will be redirected to the payment system’s site to complete the transaction.
• Funds can be withdrawn at any time using available methods. Withdrawal of unused funds is only possible after 5 days from the time they were deposited. Funds received from sold items can be withdrawn 8 days after the sale. Withdrawals are typically processed within 20 minutes, but delays of up to 5 business days are possible.
